Privacy & visitor analytics

PAC Products collects limited website activity information to understand which products and pages customers visit, improve the storefront, and identify broadly where site visitors come from. This notice covers analytics and basic account information. It should be supplemented with complete merchant terms and consumer notices before live payment acceptance.

Discord account information

When you choose Discord sign-in, PAC Products requests Discord identity and email permissions. If Discord supplies an email address, the website keeps it with your Discord-linked account to display in Account Details and the administrator-only customer directory. The email is not sent in visitor alerts and is not part of anonymous traffic analytics. Discord may return no email for some accounts. You can contact the store operator to request correction or deletion of account profile data where applicable; records needed for lawful transaction obligations may need separate handling.

What our traffic analytics records

We collect page-view counts, referring website hostnames (not the full URL), and approximate geographic area when available, such as country, state/region, or city. We estimate daily unique visitors using a signed, first-party anonymous browser cookie and one-way daily identifiers; we do not store raw visitor IP addresses, precise GPS coordinates, or Discord account identities within traffic analytics.

Approximate location

IP-based location can be inaccurate. It cannot reliably identify a visitor's county, home address, or actual physical location. Geographic data may come from Cloudflare visitor location headers or, if enabled by the site owner, a third-party IP geolocation provider (ipwho.is). When that provider is used, the visitor's IP address is sent to it for location resolution.

Payments and digital purchases

When checkout is enabled, PAC Products transfers the selected product names, prices, order references, and potentially your Discord-linked email to the selected payment provider, Stripe or PayPal. Eligible Cash App Pay payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe and PayPal collect and process payment details on their secure hosted systems; PAC Products does not collect or store full credit or debit card numbers. The storefront stores order IDs, purchased product details, status, total, payment-provider references, and download access records to provide purchase history, digital delivery, support, and refund reconciliation. Payment providers may separately handle billing, fraud screening, and taxation under their own notices.

Retention and reports

Aggregate traffic and pseudonymous daily estimates are retained for up to 90 days on the PAC Products server. A private Discord channel may receive one notification per estimated new visitor, showing a temporary numbered visitor ID and approximate city/region/country. The site may also send aggregate daily traffic totals. No raw IP addresses, Discord identities, street addresses, or full referral URLs are included.

Tracking preferences

When your browser sends a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, PAC Products excludes the request from its visitor statistics. Discord login and the website's essential security operations are separate from visitor analytics.

Contact and legal notice

Before accepting customers, the PAC Products operator should supplement this analytics notice with an appropriate contact method, processing details for purchases and downloads, applicable rights and requests, and any legally required consent or opt-out controls.
